It’s getting closer to that time of year again – when the leaves begin to change, and the cooler weather starts sticking around. And we’re not saying it’s time to pull your boat out of the water for good yet, but it is time to start thinking about your options.

Here at Gage Marine, we’ve been with you since your pier was installed or your boat was launched in the spring, and we’ve helped you spend time out on beautiful Lake Geneva this summer. Now it’s time for us to help you end the season with a plan for the winter. You might think your only option is to pull your boat out and store it for the winter, but we have several different options for you!

Trade-in and Save

Now is the time to trade in your boat, and upgrade for next season. If you trade your boat in now, you won’t have to pay for winter storage and your new 2020 boat will be delivered in the spring. You save money on storage and get a brand-new Chris Craft, MasterCraft, Monterey, Bennington or Boston Whaler boat!

Everyone who buys a new boat for next summer wants it delivered by Memorial Day, but as more and more boats are purchased delivery cannot always be guaranteed. If you order now instead of waiting, you will be guaranteed your brand-new boat will be delivered by Memorial Day.

We’re also clearing out our 2019 stock to make room for new 2020 boats, which means you could not only save money by not paying winter storage fees, but you could also save money by getting a great deal on a 2019 boat.

Cleaning and Winterization

At Gage Marine, we are here to make sure you have as much time to spend on the water as possible. So when it’s time for the season to end, let us take care of cleaning and winterizing your boat.

We offer two Total service plans or an A la carte plan that lets you choose your services. Our Total Service Mechanical and Admiral Cleaning plan and Total Service Mechanical with customer selected cleaning are perfect for anyone who appreciates preventative care. We eliminate the guesswork and minimize the chances of delays in the spring and breakdowns in the summer by reviewing your boat history and condition. This plan comes with storage, acid cleaning, winterization, spring commissioning, admiral detailing, bottom cleaning and all other safety and preventative annual maintenance. Our A la carte option allows the boat owner to select all services they would like performed during the off season.  Once in our shop, our skilled technicians will inspect the boat and prepare service suggestions as needed.

Indoor Winter Storage

In addition to getting your boat ready for storage, we also offer a storage option which incorporates much more than a spot to park your boat for the winter. Our Gage Marine staff and facility provides a feeling of comfort knowing that your boat will be cared for by the best-trained and most qualified team in the area.

When it’s time to store your boat for the winter, when you choose Gage Marine you’ll be able to enjoy the off-season knowing that, come spring, your boat will be ready for another summer of fun.

Our gated and secured storage facility is staffed year-round and pest controlled. All Storage Service includes haul out in the fall and launch in the spring from Pier 290. It also includes trailer or cradle storage for the summer season, and hull inspection and assessment of service to be performed in the off-season. We’ll also wipe down your boat before spring delivery.
